Club members: we need you to invite your family,friends and coworkers to join our TEAM 484. We will be participating in the Revlon Walk 5K fund raising event on May 8, 2010
Come and join the fight as we do our part in this fund raising event for research. For the cause, cure, counseling, outreach programs, new treatments and prevention of women's cancers.
TEAM 484 needs runners-walkers-distribution volunteers.

Ever thought about playing golf, but didn't know where to start? We make it as easy as falling off of a golf tee. All of the instruction AND EQUIPMENT is provided in this 8-week program. You'll learn the fundamentals of the game: grip, club choice, stance and terminology. By the end of the 8 -week program, you'll know the difference between an eagle and a birdie; a putter and a driver. By attending 6 of the eight Saturday lessons, you'll be qualified to compete against players of comparable ability in a free tournament on September 12 with luncheon included. The cost is $100 for beginners and $125 for intermediates. An unbeatable price with unbeatable company. You can even sign up on July 18 if you don't want to miss the picnic. Camping

Each year 4SW goes to a national park full of hiking trails to camp, hike, explore, and take in the beauty of nature. This year, our adventure will take us to Lassen National Park near Redding and Sacramento. Lassen is known for its hot springs, waterfalls, wildlife and lovely flora. We will camp in tents and cook outdoors. We'll fly to Sacramento and travel by van to Lassen. There will be two side trips: one to Birney Falls and the other to Shasta Lake. Total cost, including 12 meals and transportation is $475. We are accepting $150.00 deposits to hold spots. The trip will be limited to 15 people, so get your deposit in today. Come out for an afternoon of adult beach fun. Play volleyball and tag football during the day. Try a wild game of spoons & or in-between. Bring your beach chairs and a blanket, along with a picnic basket filled with food & drinks.You're more than welcome to join our Potluck Table.Take your shoes off and party in the sand. The setting sun is a signal that the party is shifting into high gear. Bring a jacket as we sit around the bonfire. your jacket. Please bring a few pieces of wood for our Annual Bonfire.
